[Revenge of the B-Movie] Break it down!

Iain McAllister's picture

Hi Guys,

Malc and Gregor were asking me about where the stock for B-Movie went for the first 100 decks so I thought I would split it off into a seperate thread.

Since launching at Games Expo I have had the following:

Comps = 5
Retail sales = 50
Direct Sales = 44
Faulty = 1

The one faulty copy got bashed up a bit on the way to me from the states, but I am hoping Ryan might add an extra one to a future run, still need to chat to him about that.

Breaking things down further

    Retail

Black Lion = 18
Leisure Games = 16
Eclectic = 10
Ecollectica = 6

[Solipsist] 2008 Q1 and Q2 sales figures

David Donachie's picture

Gregor and I met last night to collate the 2008 sales figures for Solipsist now that Q2 is actually over (this was the first full quarter) and I am exceptionally pleased! In just 4 months we've covered all our printing and shipping costs for the entire run (including the test prints) and I'm only 1 sale short of covering the art costs as well! I wasn't expecting to reach this point till the end of the year, so needless to say I am over the moon! Next time someone buys something we are making genuine profit! :)

Anyway, here is the sales breakdown in detail

[Steampower] Q2 2008 Sales Figures

Andrew Kenrick's picture

I think the same commentary I made last time apply for Q2 - IPR sales remain low, as I haven't been driving sales with actual play or any sort of forum presence. That said, IPR has now sold out of Dead of Night, so that's not bad going - sales remain, at least.

I've done quite well at cons, though, and I think had I not sold out at Games Expo I might have been able to sell a few more. This is something of a turn up of late, compared to the latter half of 2007.

Figure in brackets after the total sales for the quarter are the total sales for the previous quarter. In total our five main print products shifted 286 units across the quarter. This is down from 356 in the last quarter, but as pointed out below, this is explained by the spike in sales create din Q1 by the release of Avenues & Alleyways and the a|state PDF.

[Games Expo] Sales figures

Iain McAllister's picture

Hi guys,

Well I thoroughly enjoyed myself at Games Expo and it was great seeing everyone again. I think sales were a little slower this year overall but at the moment I can't track down last years figures. Does someone have them?
